"information technology was great! I just wish our room were closer to the beach."
The hotel is way too big. our building was at all the way in the dorsum, we had to walk 12 minutes to ge to the restaurants, the pools or the beach. they do take transportation that y'all tin can take from building to buildings but you accept to wait for it.
The hotel was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. the beach was beautiful and relaxing.

Nosotros had so many mosquitoes in our room that it was uncomfortable to be in there during down times and when trying to slumber. Our personal concierge was not what we expected in that the but thing he helped us secure the entire fourth dimension were robes--everything else we ended up doing ourselves. Their booze selection was not as varied as we expected to include ameliorate selections--for instance they only offered scotch whiskey. Information technology would have been nice to bask a bigger adults simply pool instead of it being the smallest, or it could be better in a different secluded location. Lastly, there was a lot of structure at the belongings but I expect when they complete it, information technology will await much better!
We loved the all inclusiveness of the property. The staff were all super friendly and genuinely welcoming--they were eager to delight and fifty-fifty taught us key phrases to speak their language. It was so nice when they recognized us and went above and across to connect with us. The food was amazing! There was and then much to enjoy! We loved being able to order room service or get to one of the many different restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Nosotros admittedly loved the pools, at that place were soooo many! And we especially appreciated having an developed pool option that as well served food! It was nice having so many options when it came to food, most beverages, and peculiarly the excursions. Lastly, we happily took advantage of the discounted offer to return to some other of their properties in the time to come!

staff spoke very trivial English, food was mediocre, very large resort it takes a few days to become to know where to go and where to eat, my room was supposed to come up with beach toys that I never got and an Xbox that it took me 4 days to finally get and in the end it did non work. while it is all inclusive only the basics are included there, we walked out of there spending over $500 on extras.

It's a huge property. 4000 employees. 2000 rooms. They don't always have time to help y'all over the phone. Take the 20minute (or wait 20minutes for a golf cart) walk to reception and experience the great service and care. If you lot don't like 20 min walks then look for a smaller property.
You must understand this is a mass production All-inclusive experience. It is an astonishing Spread-out experience. The nutrient is super for All-inclusive and the party NEVER stops. It's the all-time vacation you can take if yous're looking for fun. You are welcome from the infinitesimal you arrive to the moment you leave. The other guests are part of the experience - they are all crawly. Hard Rock training of employees hither beats any Difficult Rock anywhere in the globe - it really deserves recognition. If yous're expecting five star dining and butler service then you obviously you are an idiot - and then don't exit bad reviews. The identify and the people here are a special level of crawly. We'll exist dorsum!

"Nice Trip and very circumspect service throughout The room was swell and spacious.Housekeeping was top"
The food consistency in marketplace could have been amend breakfast and dinner. Many items out of stock for dinner at 8.30pm. No grated parmesan cheese for pasta, no fettucine, no shrimp for pasta ect Even so service was very attentive. Ipanema Restaurant as well a bit disappointing piddling choice and flavors were not there. Also very dark and gloomy The snacks by the embankment and puddle were not bad though. And the bartenders too swell. Check in process was quite serious no warmth from amanuensis.

"Groovy location only client service from calls from your room were very poor."
Poor room response to toiletries, h2o, towels. On 2 occasions on hold for over 25 minutes, ran out of toilet newspaper, no refills of fridge for water. on one occasion the room was not picked upwards and prepared for the new day, when asked why they said they had no thought, but maybe considering too many customers had checked in during the day. Totally unacceptable
Room big, amusement options, sauna area, gym and beach n pool access bully. The staff at market place was excellent except 1 time, chef denied my son a hamburger and it was iii:50, 10 minutes prior to endmost for the mean solar day.

Nightlife, The music/Dj was horrible. The resort is very boring at night, the best thing unfortunately was the karaoke and bowling. They need a dance club.
